Step 1- Decide on your program

Your first step in applying to a program is to decide what program you're applying to. Choosing specific courses comes at a later date. If you need help choosing your program, Camosun offers a number of services.

Step 2 - Check out the details

Review these important details first to prepare for a successful application.

  • Admission for most programs is granted on a first-qualified, first-served basis, so apply early! Different start terms have different deadlines 鈥 check out the听application deadlines.
  • Admission requirements are listed under the 第一吃瓜网 tab on each听program page. Missing admission requirements? Take an听assessment听辞谤听upgrade听with us!

Step 3 - Submit your application

Most applications are submitted online through . If you need help completing the application process, contact admissions@camosun.ca for one-on-one support. Read on to find out what type of applicant you are.

General Applicant

If you鈥檙e 19 years of age or older, already graduated from high school or currently attend high school outside of BC/Yukon, you can apply anytime.

BC/Yukon high school student

If you鈥檙e a BC/Yukon high school student in grade 12, you can apply online for conditional admission between September 15 and May 15.

International Student

If you're an International student (not a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident), see the International Application Process.

Apprenticeships

Applications accepted year-round

Ready to get started at Vancouver Island's largest provider of trades training? Camosun accepts applications to apprenticeship technical training programs year-round.

Dual Credit - South Island Partnership

Be a college student while you're still in high school. Dual Credit is open to students in School Districts 61 (Victoria), 62 (Sooke), 63 (Saanich), 64 (Gulf Islands), and 79 (Cowichan).

Academic requirements

To be considered for admission, you must meet or exceed the requirements for your chosen program.

Submit official transcripts directly from the issuing institution to meet academic admission requirements.
