Since joining the CCAA and PACWEST conferences in 1994, the Chargers have competed in over 100 national and provincial championships with over 50 medal winning finishes. Our student-athletes carry a proud tradition of scholarship and have earned hundreds of awards in recognition of their achievements in academics and athletic performance.

In June 2021,聽 PACWEST announced the end of competitive golf because there were only two teams left in BC, one being Camosun.

Camosun's first men's basketball team was formed for the 1991-1992 season, prior to joining the PACWEST and CCAA. Camosun's leadership supported the team with $5,000 and a van. The team played 18 games in their first season against provincial college teams.
